The Trust along with Jain Shravika Sangh has started a community kitchen, aimed to provide most hygienic, nutritional, hot & wholesome vegetarian food for a subsidized rate @ Rs 10/-. The Rickshaw Pullers, Rag Pickers, Attendants of patients and other persons below poverty line are major beneficiaries of the Scheme. The Jain Rasoi is centrally located at Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, near Danik Bhaskar’s office.
The food is distributed in tiffins or packages through the Kiosks (a 10*7 size iron kiosk equipped with water tank, gas cylinder, gas stove & big dustbins) spread all over Jaipur. The response of the community is encouraging. The central kitchen is equipped with a fully automatic roti making machine.
